ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — A 48-year-old Rochester Hills woman has been charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of assault after reportedly strangling and biting the ear off of a woman who she was romantically interested in during a drug and alcohol-fueled get-together at the victim's apartment.

IN addition to the criminal sexual conduct charge, a felony that carries a potential 15-year sentence, Allison Thompson Weaver has also been charged with assault with intent to do great bodily harm, a 10-year felony, and assault with intent to maim, another 10-year felony, according to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.

Oakland County Sheriffs responded to a 911 call at Lake Village Apartment Complex on Sept. 17 after a neighbor reportedly heard someone moaning and crying for help in a nearby unit. Responding officers reportedly found both women partially nude and covered in blood in the bedroom.
