ROCHESTER — Rochester is hiring a police and fire dispatcher in the police department. The full-time position pays $41,496-51,230 and includes competitive benefits, according to the listing.
The Department has four dispatchers on 12-hour shifts, with one dispatcher working a 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. eight-hour shift Monday through Friday. The position requires strong verbal, written, interpersonal, analytical and computer skills. Prior experience as a dispatcher is preferred, the listing says.
