
Five candidates are seeking four seats this November on the Rochester City Council.
The nonpartisan League of Women Voters held a candidate forum Monday at Rochester City Hall, where the candidates discussed oil and gas drilling, the future of the Older Persons' Commission's governance, the city's growth and historical roots and a bevy of other issues.
