ATP Purpose:

OCHN is seeking to directly contract with qualified Providers for transportation services to support OCHN efforts in ensuring safe and reliable transportation for individuals who currently receive services through OCHN.

OCHN invites organizations to submit applications in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ATP. This document provides the requirements and evaluative criteria for services as described in the Scope of Work (SOW) documents and requests a detailed application from all prospective Providers in the format specified in the Application document.
