• Royal Oak Farmer's Market
• This favorite craft beer event features specialty brews from Bell’s Brewery, burgers from Bagger Dave’s Legendary Burger Tavern, wings from Buffalo Wild Wings, live music from The Square Pegz and more.
• Tickets $39

• 2 p.m. Saturday, June 15
• 503 Poplar, Royal Oak
• Join Oakland County elected officials, State Representatives, members of the Clinton and Huron River Watershed Councils, Michigan Now radio host Chris McCarus and more to support North Oakland Headwaters Land Conservancy’s 41st year protecting the headwaters of the Clinton, Huron, Shiawassee and Flint Rivers. Event is a chance to "support clean drinking water and eat the best chicken wings in Oakland County!"

• 8 a.m. Sunday, June 16
• Held at the Detroit Zoo
• The MIU Run for the Ribbon aims to increase awareness about prostate cancer. More than 1,500 runners/walkers participate each year.

• Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, June 16
• Located in the Dales Neighborhood, between Woodward and Livernois and Marshall and 8 Mile in Ferndale.
  
• Community garage/yard sale will include household items, furniture and more for sale.
