The St Mary Parish Community is excited to announce the start of a new program geared specifically toward adult men (Ages 21+) called “Fellows, Friends and Faith”. Part of this program is to present a special series called “A Guys’ Night Out!” The purpose of ‘A Guys night out!’ is to offer a regularly scheduled opportunity for men to gather, to socialize, to hear great speakers, and to just have a relaxed and fun evening out with other adult men.
Sometimes our guest speakers will be subject matter experts on matters of faith or family, and other times they will be leaders in their fields of work and will discuss relevant topics that are of interest to men. And sometimes, like our 1st guest speaker, they will be sports figures who will speak on their experiences in sport, and how those experiences have translated into their professional and personal lives.
We are excited to announce that Scott Lusader, a former Detroit Tiger and NY Yankee, will be our first guest speaker! Scott is going to share with us some stories from his playing days in the Big League, and the life lessons that he has learned along the way.
