Join the Orson Starr House Guild for a musical interlude featuring Priscilla Haapa Hawkins and Francesca Leo from 1-4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13.
Performances begin at 2:30 p.m. Hawkins has played as principal cellist in several symphony orchestras in Michigan and California and is currently teaching students. Leo plays flute in her senior year, as a member of the Royal Oak High School wind ensemble, and is also a member of the DSO youth group, the Detroit Civic Orchestra.
The Orson Starr House Museum is located at 3123 N. Main Street (one block South of 13 Mile Road). Additional free parking can be found one block South at the Salvation Army Citadel.
