Royal Oak residents turned out Tuesday for the city's first Crime Prevention Block Party to celebrate their neighborhoods and fight crime at the same time.
The evening at the Royal Oak Farmers Market offered neighbors a chance to mingle with city officials, enjoy food and learn about summer events.
