Save the Date for Royal Oak Nature Society June Programs

The Royal Oak Nature Society will host a speaker program and a nature walk in June.

The Royal Oak Nature Society presents free nature walks and speaker programs throughout the year. Pre-registration is not required for the following May events: 

Speaker program

“Nature Society Year in Review” is being held on Wednesday, June 5 at 7:30 p.m. at the Royal Oak Senior/Community Center (3500 Marais) instead of at the Middle School.  We will talk and show photos about what has been going on with the Nature Society, Cummingston Park, Tenhave Woods and our arboretum in Worden Park East. 

All Nature Walks and Speaker Programs are free and open to everyone.  Pre-registration is not required.

Nature walk

“Late Spring Nature Walk” is being held at Tenhave Woods on Saturday, June 8 at 10 a.m.  Park at the Lexington/Marais lot & meet at the Lexington entrance.  Join us and see what is happening in the woods during the late spring and beginning of summer
