Shopping Center, Temporary Fireworks Display Back on Planning Commission Agenda

The Planning Commission meets at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Royal Oak City Hall.

Two items placed on hold in April are back on the Royal Oak Planning Commission's agenda tonight at its 7:30 p.m. meeting at City Hall.

Normandy Shoppes

The developer of the proposed Normandy Shoppes asked for more time in April to flesh out plans for a 14,000-square feet shopping center next to Royal Oak High School at the corner of Crooks and Normandy

Tim Thwing, director of planning, confirmed last month that the developer spoke to the school district and then requested more time.
