Woodworker Demonstrates How Royal Oak's Oldest House was Built

Bob Muller will demonstrate the tools used to build the Orson Starr House.

Was your house built the same way as the Orson Starr House?

This question will be answered at a Sept. 8 open house when Bob Muller will talk about the construction and architectural details of Royal Oak’s oldest standing house, the Orson Starr House. Muller will demonstrate the tools that would have been used to build the Royal Oak Historic house in the year 1845.

Docents will give visitors a tour of the house from 1-2 p.m. and the presentation will be from 2-3 p.m.
