• Organizations Should Give Saginaw STARS Advance Notice for Group Travel (wsgw.com) — If your Saginaw organization needs group transportation, STARS wants you to plan ahead and be properly registered before you book. Certain trips are limited to Qualified Human Services Organizations or government-related purposes, and route adjustments require at least 30 days’ notice. • Child care dispute leads to 9 stab wounds at Saginaw Sunoco, victim testifies (mlive.com) — A Saginaw man testified he was stabbed nine times during a November confrontation outside the Sunoco station on South Washington, suffering serious internal injuries. Police and prosecutors say the dispute began over child care and ended with the suspect, a 51-year-old Saginaw man, bound over to Circuit Court on an assault with intent to murder charge.
   

• Southfield's REDICO names chief marketing officer (rejournals.com) — A Michigan marketing executive with roots in Saginaw has just taken on a major new role. Jessica Doll, who grew up in Saginaw, is now chief marketing officer for Southfield-based REDICO and its related companies. Her career has spanned national real estate firms, and she recently returned to Michigan after leading branding work for Bedrock in Detroit and Cleveland.
