
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Saline City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 100 N. Harris St., Saline, MI for the purpose of hearing all objections to, and support of, the application of Saline Property, LLC, for preliminary site plan approval for the renovation of the existing gas station at 777 W. Michigan Avenue, Saline, Saline City Tax Code 18-01-325-008. The preliminary site plan includes the removal of the existing car wash, the relocation of four (4) pump islands, the addition of a fast food restaurant (with a drive through window) in the existing building, a building addition of 430 square feet for 2 walk in coolers, and a new pump island canopy of 4,800 square feet.
A copy of the application and the preliminary site plan is available for public inspection at the office of the Saline City Clerk during regular working hours.

Written comments on the above application will be received at the office of the Saline City Clerk prior to the closing of said public hearing.
