Studies take Saline's Chris Dunn to Central America

GRANVILLE, OH — Chris Dunn, a Denison University student from Saline, is studying off-campus for the spring 2011 semester. Dunn, a member of the class of 2012, is studying with the Augsburg program in Nicaragua, El Salvador and Guatamala and majors inenvironmental studies and political science at Denison.

Many of Denison's undergraduate students choose to broaden their horizons through off-campus study each semester. In these programs, students continue to receive full credit toward a Denison degree while pursuing diverse research or academic opportunities. Denison offers hundreds of options for off-campus study programs both in the United States and overseas, ranging from traditional junior abroad programs in Europe to field project work in developing countries.
