Belgrave Concert a Big Hit in Downtown Saline

Downtown Saline parking spaces were as scarce as hen's teeth Thursday night. The restaurants were packed for St. Patrick's Day festivities. Perhaps no place in town was more festive than the , which held its monthly Music Under the Arch concert.

The headliner was the Marcus and Joan Belgrave Jazz Ensemble. Every table in the joint was sold out, and the seats along the back wall were taken.

This piece features four videos. The first is a video news story about the event. In the second video, the Marcus and Joan Jazz Ensemble perform "Excitable." The third and fourth videos feature opening acts Jane Collins and Evan Pazkowski, respectively.

Music under the Arch continues April 21 with Spanish guitarists Sean Blackman and Wayne Gerard. Opening artist is world music and percussionist Ken Kozara.
