The Saline Area Chamber of Commerce is welcoming two businesses with grand opening ceremonies this week. Dance Steps Studio has been in town since 2002, but business is booming so they've moved to a new location at 740 E. Woodland Dr. The grand opening/open house takes place today, starting at 5 p.m. There is a ribbon cutting at 6 p.m. Stop by to give best wishes to owner Laurie Stoianowski.
, located at 131 E. Michigan Ave., Suite D, has its grand opening from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday. The ribbon cutting is at 11 a.m. Stop by check out the diner and wish luck for owner Terry Thompson.

Zurawski Makes Eagle Scout
The Saline Reporter posted news that Kevin Zurawski, of Boy Scout Troop 446, was awarded his Eagle Scout badge. He is the son of Charles and Elise Zurawski.
Saline's Dairy Queen Owner Competing at 111th U.S. Amateur
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel has a great story Saline resident and Dairy Queen owner Mike Ignasiak, the former Milwaukee Brewer who is golfing at the 111th U.S. Amateur Golf Tournament.
Today's Good Morning Saline greeting was given by the Saline varsity field hockey team. Catch them in action at 1:30 p.m Saturday at home to Dexter. The junior varsity team plays at noon.
