Picture Gallery: Hornets Show Colors During the Annual Blue and Gold Game
The annual get-to-know-the-team event started late due to severe weather.
After a hard week of practice, the Saline varsity football team showed their stuff to the their fans Saturday evening. The thunder storm that blew through the region delayed the game for nearly an hour and canceled pre-game performances by the Saline Twirlettes, the pep band and sideline cheerleading team.
The Hornets have a scrimmage in Dearborn Aug. 18. The season opens Aug. 26, when the Hornets host Walled Lake Western.
