Tournament Time: Gymastics and Competitive Cheer

The Lady Hornets compete in the MHSAA Division 1 Region 3 tournament at 10 a.m. Saturday at Plymouth High School. Other schools in the tournament are Adrian, Plymouth, Salem, Canton, Dearborn Edsel Ford, Dearborn Fordson, Grosse Pointe South, Livonia Adelai Stevenson, Livonia Churchill, Northville and Tecumseh.

Saline’s competitive cheerleading team just missed making out of districts, finishing fifth at the MHSAA District 2-1 meet held at Southgate Anderson Saturday, Feb. 19. The Hornets placed behind Southgater Anderson, Livonia Adelai Stevenson, Canton and Livonia Franklin, while finishing ahead of nine other schools.
