Shelby Trustees to Consider Planned Unit Development, Police Vehicle Purchase
The Shelby Township Board of Trustees will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Shelby Township Municipal Building and will consider items including a planned unit development at 23 Mile and M-53 Freeway.

The Shelby Township Board of Trustees will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Municipal Building and will consider items including:
- A proposed Planned Unit Development at the southwest corner of 23 Mile and the M-53 Freeway for a mixed use retail, office and assisted living development.
- A request from the supervisor to transfer $400,000 from the general fund into the the equipment replacement fund’s infrastructure reserve to increase the funding for future infrastructure projects.
- A request from the police department to purchase a new Chevy Tahoe to be used as an incident command vehicle. The vehicle will be purchased using drug forfeiture funds.Â
