UCS instructional technology consultant Courtney Conley has earned a rigorous certificatication

Utica Community Schools instructional technology consultant Courtney Conley has earned a rigorous certification that reflects a premier level of technical and instructional expertise in Microsoft Technologies.

Conley, a member of a UCS technology team known as “ITC Geeks,” has earned the Microsoft Certified Coach credential.

“As an Instructional Technology Consultant, I pursued this certification to better equip myself to support teachers, students, staff, and families across Utica Community Schools,” Conley said. “The program provided in-depth training aligned with the ISTE Standards for Coaches and emphasized effective technology integration, coaching strategies, and leadership development.”

To earn this credential Conley completed rigorous training hosted by insight2execution, a Microsoft Global Training Partner, that included a two-day in person workshop, monthly check-ins and a final portfolio project.

“I believe this experience will enhance my ability to contribute meaningfully to our district’s goals—especially in areas like professional development, instructional innovation, and digital transformation. I look forward to the opportunity to apply the insights and skills gained through this certification to further support and strengthen our district’s ongoing initiatives,” said Conley.

This significant achievement demonstrates the positive impact Courtney Conley’s certification will have in supporting educators, students, and families throughout the district. It also reinforces Utica Community Schools’ commitment to its legacy of learning and educational excellence.
