Woman Stabbed To Death At Meijer Gas Station In Metro Detroit: Police
Police said the incident was not a random attack and there is no threat to the public.
SHELBY TOWNSHIP, MI — A woman was stabbed to death Sunday inside a Meijer gas station in Macomb County, according to police.
The stabbing happened at 5 p.m. Sunday at the gas station, located on Hall Road near Hayes Road in Shelby Township, according to police.
When officers arrived at the gas station, they found a Utica woman suffering from multiple stab wounds, according to police.

She was taken to a nearby hospital where she died from her injuries, according to police.
Police said a man, whom the woman knew, stabbed her multiple times before fleeing the gas station. After a brief chase, officers arrested him in connection with the stabbing, according to police.
