Election results were rather uneventful in St. Clair Shores Nov. 3, where turnout was low and incumbents remained in place.
The passing of city councilman Anthony Tiseo last month, whose name remained on the ballot, meant the three council seats that were up for election Nov. 3 had only three candidates vying for them.
Incumbents Ron Frederick and Chris Vitale will remain in their respective seats on the council, while newcomer Peter Accica will officially take his chair on council beginning this month.
