Cruise Fans Arrive Before Dawn On Harper
Classic car lovers started lining up along Harper in the early morning hours in St. Clair Shores for the Harper Charity Cruise.
Mike and Evelyn Sobanski woke up at midnight to drive from Imlay City to get a front row seat at the Harper Charity Cruise.
The couple arrived at 3:30 a.m. and have a spot right on Harper, in front of Kmart, for the 19th cruise. The event officially starts at 5 p.m. Wednesday.
