Macomb Launches New Web Development Tool
Macomb County unveiled a new webpage that will help link businesses with available industrial buildings and parcels in the county.
Officials unveiled a new web tool Wednesday that will allow communities and developers to promote industrial development properties throughout Macomb County.
The Prime Properties feature on the www.macombbusiness.com highlights development sites and provides links to municipal and private-sector websites with information about various properties.
Shelby Township Planning Director Glenn Wynn said at a press conference Wednesday that the site is, "Expanding our reach and is doing it at a low cost."
The first development site featured on the website is Cherry Creek Corporate Park in Shelby Township. Officials are planning to include sites from communities across to the county.
