Incoming freshmen at South Lake High School Friday completed a week of orientation.
Nearly 120 of the 155 incoming freshmen took part in the orientation where they learned about the high school, met teachers and administrators, honed their academic skills along with meeting with upperclassmen mentors, according to principal Carmen Kennedy.
The students also took part in a variety of team building projects during the week.
