St. Clair Shores resident Jordan Obrecht is reportedly the first guest on a new television show hosted by Megan O'Brien, of Shelby TV, and Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel, according to a report in the Macomb Daily.

The Macomb Intermediate School District student, who is blind, is a also a well-known singer and active throughout the county and was scheduled to sing during Hackel's state of the county address.

The show, which is scheduled to debut later this month on local cable systems according to the story, will feature stories on residents and the county.

The co-hosts told the Macomb Daily that the show will focus on what is happening in the county, and not politics.
