Where Will You Visit in St. Clair Shores Before Heading Off to College?

Summer vacation is coming to an end for students from St. Clair Shores who are heading off to college in the coming days.

In addition to packing away items for their dorm rooms, many of these scholars are trying to fit in one last visit to a favorite restaurant, park or destination in St. Clair Shores before starting the next chapter of their life.

Ben Moxon, who graduated from Lakeview in June, will be attending Central Michigan University this fall to study marketing and advertising. 

He may be well on his way to a successful career. Moxon Tweeted with Patch editor Edward Cardenas that he will be heading to Linda's Place at 9:30 p.m. Thursday for a final meal at the established diner in the Shores. 

He even created mock ads that included clever statements such as "The biggest loss to the city of Saint Clair Shores since Dave Coulier."
