Two to four inches of snow is expected through the metro Detroit region Monday afternoon.
ST. CLAIR SHORES, MI — The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory through 7:00 p.m. for St. Clair Shores with two to four inches of snow expected Monday afternoon.
The snow will come down at a half inch to an inch per hour for a time during late Monday morning and early afternoon, making for tricky travel and a slippery afternoon commute, the National Weather Service warned.
Monday will also be cold with temperatures hanging in the 20s. Steady south winds at 8 to 10 mph with gusts up to 21 mph will also make for dangerous wind chills all day.
