Celebrate the Birthday of Bumpy Cake at Sanders

Sanders Bumpy Cake turns 100 years old this month, and in honor of the celebration, the company will be giving away free slices of the chocolate cake with buttercream piping, and coated in a fudge topping, at local stores.

The new St. Clair Shores location, at 31075 Harper, is participating in the give away of the slices of the cake first made in 1913.

Bumpy cake can now be found in the original layer cake, 8x8 tea cake and single layer party cake. There are also raspberry, vanill buttercream and caramel spice bumps in addition to the original flavor. 

Chocolate Bumpy Tea Cakes will sold for $5 Saturday while supplies last.
