Sugar Island Public Use Workshop Tonight
The workshop will discuss opinions regarding the public use of two beaches and a protected wildlife refuge.

A workshop to discuss the potential public use of Sugar Island is set for 7 p.m. Tuesday at Grosse Ile Middle School, 23270 East River.
The workshop was created by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to consider the public use of a wildlife refuge and two beaches on Sugar Island.
Representatives of the fish and wildlife service hope to obtain public opinions and input on the issue.
