Swim Free All Day at the Trenton Aquatic Center
Sample the summer Saturday at the Trenton Aquatic Center before the pool officially opens on June 15.
Fun seekers can enjoy a full day of free swimming Saturday as a precursor to the summer season at the Trenton Aquatic Center.
From noon to 7 p.m. everyone will get a chance to sample what's to come this summer.
Swimmers can expect a partly sunny day with a high near 75, according to the National Weather Service.
Concession stand, lounge chairs and large shade umbrellas will be available to round out the summertime fun.
A number of local groups and organizations will be on hand to promote summer offerings, according to Trenton officials.
The Aquatic Center will also be open from noon to 7 p.m. Sunday. Open swim fees are $5 for residents and $7 for non-residents.
The pool officially opens on June 15.
The Aquatic Center is located outside the Kennedy Recreation Center on West Road.
