Trenton Vet Orders Dog into Quarantine After Bitten by Another Dog
The following information was supplied by the Trenton Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

A Trenton veteranarian recommended a dog be quarantined after it was bitten by another dog at about 8 p.m. in the 2400 block of Riverside Drive.
A 35-year-old man was taking his dog for a walk on a leash when another dog without a leash approached his dog. The man said his dog grabbed the other dog and bit down, according to a Trenton Police Report.
A responding officer said the man's dog was salivating and had blood around his mouth when he arrived at the dog owner's residence.
The owner of the other dog, a 48-year-old woman, was visibly shaken and unable to articulate exactly what had happened during the incident.Â
The woman took the dog to Village Animal Healthcare where a veteranarian ordered her to take the dog to Woodhaven-Trenton Animal Shelter for a mandatory 10-day quarantine period.
Both dog owners told police their animals were licensed with the City of Trenton and up-to-date on all shots, but officers were unable to verify their claims.
