Do You Know This Boy? He Was Found Walking On The Sidewalk.

Update: The boy's parents were located during the afternoon of Nov. 29. More information to follow.

Updated. OAKLAND COUNTY, MI — A young boy was found walking on the sidewalk on Nov. 29 and the Oakland County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help identifying the child and finding his family, according to a news release.

The Oakland County Sheriff's Office said the boy was found walking on the sidewalk on Baldwin Rd. near Legrande Ave. in Pontiac. He says his name is Ben and deputies estimate he is approximately 3-years-old. He does not know where he lives and is unable to provide his mom or dad's name.

Currently, the child is at the Sheriff's Pontiac Substation station and Child Protective Services is on the scene. If you recognize this boy please call the Oakland County Sheriff's Office Emergency Operations Center at 248-858-4911.

Update: During the afternoon of Nov. 29, Sheriff's Deputies located the three-year-old boy's teenage babysitter, who reportedly was not supposed to be the child's designated babysitter when he was found wandering outside. The babysitter told deputies the boy's parents' identities, and they were contacted. More information to follow.
