3. Man accused of robbing Troy gas station with rifle bound over for circuit court (clickondetroit.com) — A 38-year-old man accused of robbing a Shell gas station in Troy with a rifle near Rochester Road and South Boulevard has been ordered to stand trial in circuit court. 5. Lakewood lender targets Nussbaum's partner over escrow mess (therealdeal.com) — A major New York escrow fraud case now touches Troy, with a title insurer previously involved in a fraudulent transaction here mentioned in new court-focused reporting.
