Driver Charged in Sunday Morning Rollover Crash on I-75
Andrew Lee Wojciechowski has been charged with operating while intoxicated; his passenger was seriously injured in the crash, police say.

Andrew Lee Wojciechowski, 23, of Sterling Heights has been charged with operating while intoxicated after the Jeep he was driving early Sunday morning that put his passenger, a 23-year-old woman from Sterling Heights, in the hospital with serious injuries, according to Troy Police.
Police say the Jeep left the roadway just before 6 a.m. Sunday and drove down the center median side ditch until it eventually came out of the ditch, re-entered the traffic lanes and rolled over onto its side. The female passenger was ejected from the vehicle during the crash and was transported to Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak in serious condition, according to police.
Wojciechowski was arraigned Tuesday before Magistrate Clement Waldmann of the 52-4 District Court in Troy, according to Officer Andy Breidenich, public information officer for the .

Wojciechowski was released on $10,000 personal bond and is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing at 8:30 a.m. Monday before Judge William Bolle, also of 52-4 District Court.
