Eddie V's Opens In Troy Offering Seafood, Cocktails

New restaurant offers fresh seafood, hand-carved steaks and numerous cocktails.

TROY, MI — A new restaurant offering seafood, hand-carved steaks and live jazz made its Troy debut on Monday. Located at 2100 West Big Beaver Road, Eddie V’s is hoping to enhance an area already known for shopping and fine dining.

"Troy is a bustling shopping and entertainment destination and we've found that there is an appetite for a unique, fine dining option," said Mark Flora, Managing Partner, in a news release. "We are excited to bring the charismatic vibe of Eddie V's to the region and offer a food, music and beverage experience like no other."

The restaurant is affiliated with the well-known and acclaimed Capital Grille at Troy’s Somerset Collection. Eddie V’s is seeking to carve out its own reputation with a concept that Flora calls a modern spin on “Prohibition-era speakeasies,” where cocktails and jazz were the height of fashion.
