Hold On to Your Haggis: Scottish Centre Hosts Friday Fish Fries in March
Proceeds from the Friday Fish Fry fundraisers will benefit local charitable endeavors.

Every Friday in March, the will host its annual Friday Fish Fry from 5-7:30 p.m. This event is open to the public and features a full cash bar with specialty imported Scotch beers and an unparalleled array of single malt scotches.
Kids' fish dinners are just $3.99 and include a glass of milk; adult plates are $7.99 for two-piece fish dinners and $9.99 for three-piece dinners. Prices include choice of freshly prepared beer-battered fish, baked fish or fish tacos. All adult dinners include French fries, coleslaw, dessert and coffee service.
The unique family friendly environment of the Kilgour Scottish Centre is a great place for kids to experience live bagpipe music while parents and grandparents browse the Centre's Robert Burns Room and Historical Library.

The Kilgour Scottish Centre is home to the St. Andrew's Society of Detroit – the oldest non-religious benevolent organization celebrating Scottish culture and history in America. One hundred percent of St. Andrew's Society fundraising profits go toward educational and charitable activities, including the sent to troops in Afghanistan.
People considering the Kilgour Scottish Centre's hall for rental, or prospective members of the St. Andrew's Society, will appreciate the opportunity during the Friday Fish Fries to explore the facility and ask questions about the various functions and events at the Centre, which are open to both members and non-members.
