Kem Van Tran has been found safe and reunited with his family, according to the Troy Police Department.

Troy Police are seeking assistance in located a missing adult in Troy with memory loss.
Kem Van Tran, age 63 from Troy was last seen on Monday at 12 noon at his residence on Shallowdale Drive. He was last seen wearing blue plaid pajamas and black Crocs-type shoes. He is believed to be on foot and he does not have a Michigan driver’s license.
Tran is 5'4" and weighs 110 pounds. Tran also has severe short-term memory loss and speaks English sparingly. If anyone has any knowledge of the location of Tran please contact the Troy Police Department at: (248) 524-3477.
