Driver disappears after vehicle strikes parked car
Troy Police officers responded to a report of a car alarm in the 500 block of Coachman just after 3 a.m. Sunday. Officers discovered a Ford Fusion with extensive front end damage and fluid leakage, according to a Troy Police report.
The officers then located a second vehicle, a parked Chevrolet Equinox, that appeared to have been hit by the Ford Fusion, according to the report. Officers contacted the owner of the Equinox, who did not know her car had been hit.

Officers were unable to locate the registered owner or a driver of the Ford Fusion, so the vehicle was impounded as the investigation continues.
Teen charged with possession of marijuana, carrying a concealed weapon
Troy officers responded to the 2000 block of Terova just after 9 p.m. Friday after a homeowner reported he had stopped several suspects from uncovering a car parked next to the homeowner's garage.

Officers located and stopped the suspects' vehicle, interviewed the occupants and searched the vehicle. According to a Troy Police report, a 17-year-old male was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of narcotic paraphernalia.
The 15-year-old male passenger was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of narcotic paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon after officers discovered he was carrying a camouflage spring-assisted folding blade knife with a brass knuckle-style handle, according to police. The 15-year-old was turned over to his parents following his arrest, and both boys admitted they had been trying to look at the car under the cover.
Woman arrested after driving wrong way down Rochester Road
Troy officers responded to the area of Rochester Road and Troywood around 2:30 a.m. Sunday after receiving reports that a vehicle was driving northbound in the southbound lanes of Rochester Road.
After the officer located and stopped the vehicle, he noticed the woman smelled strongly of intoxicants, was slurring her speech and had bloodshot eyes, according to a police report.Â
According to police, the 29-year-old Sterling Heights woman failed sobriety tests and was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and possession of narcotic paraphernalia. Her preliminary breath test results were 0.13 percent – 0.05 percent over the legal limit.
Man runs off with bras, panties from store
The manager of reported Friday evening that a man had come into the store, grabbed brassieres and panties and then fled the store, according to Troy Police. Employees were alerted to the theft when the merchandise set off the store's alarm.
Nine bras and 9 panties worth $640.77 were stolen, according to a police report. The man is described as approximately 30 years old, 6 feet tall with a heavy build wearing a white baseball cap and a varsity jacket, according to police.
Rochester man cited for taking Red Bull, beer and chips from Walmart
A 21-year-old Rochester man was cited for retail fraud in the third degree after a loss prevention officer allegedly watched him walk out of Saturday afternoon pushing a cart containing two cases of beer, Red Bull and Ruffles potato chips, according to Troy Police. The merchandise was valued at $77.30.
Wallet stolen from gym locker
A man reports leaving his wallet in a locker secured with a padlock Thursday evening at the . When he returned, the padlock was missing, as was his wallet, according to a police report. When he called to cancel his credit cards, he discovered someone had already used his card at a gas station and liquor store.
