Police Bust Red Bull Toting Bandits
Red Bull may give you wings, but the wings aren't fast enough to out run the law.

TROY, MI — Red Bull may give you wings, but the wings aren't fast enough to out run the law - which a trio of Red Bull-toting bandits recently discovered.
It all went down at Kroger at 1237 Coolidge Highway on Jan. 24 at 5:49 p.m. An employee saw 3 people sprint out of the store, each pushing a cart of un-bagged Red Bull and Monster Energy drinks. The suspects loaded the drinks into a red 2010 Chrysler Seabring and took off out of the parking lot, according to police.
A description of the Seabring was broadcast to area police departments and voila - a Clawson police officer spotted the Sebring and initiated a traffic stop, police say. There inside the car were 31 packs of Red Bull and Monster Drinks valued at $407.59, which the suspects did not have receipts for, according to police.
