Popular Detroit Restaurant Opening New Spot In Troy
A popular Greektown spot in downtown Detroit is planning to open a Troy location in August.
TROY, MI — A popular Greektown spot, the Firebird Tavern, is planning to open a Troy location in August.
The restaurant, known for popular bar style food, such as soft pretzels, cheese dip, wings and burgers, plans to open a new location at 4845 Rochester Road, south of East Long Lake Road.
The new 5,000-square-foot building will have seating for around 130 guests and offer an expansive pavilion patio and outdoor space.

"After nearly seven years of searching for the perfect second location, we are beyond excited to open our doors in Troy and become a part of this active, family-oriented community," Troy resident and Firebird Tavern Co-owner Tony Piraino told Dbusiness.
