Residents React to Troy Mayor's State of the City Speech

Troy Mayor Janice Daniels gave her first State of the City speech Thursday evening at the Troy Community Center. Daniels spoke for about 25 minutes to an audience of more than 50, including more than a dozen Recall Janice Daniels supporters.
