Traffic Alert Issued In Troy: South Blvd.
Construction along South Blvd. is hampering drive times. Crews will be in the area at least through Nov. 24.
TROY, MI — The city of Troy has released a traffic alert in the South Blvd. area due to construction, according to a news release. Warning: Construction is expected to last through Nov. 24.
Below please find the full statement from the city:
"South Boulevard west of Dequindre is currently closed for repair resulting from the recent water main break. This construction is expected to continue through at least next Thursday, November 24.

Motorists are asked to continue to avoid the area if possible. This road closure, along with additional construction on Dequindre, has caused significant traffic delays.
Individuals traveling to Troy Beaumont Hospital, located on Dequindre south of South Boulevard, should be aware that this situation may impact their travel time."
