Troy Police Seek Public's Help Finding Armed Robbery Suspects
Two men hold up Restaurant Depot in April.
The is seeking the publicβs help in identifying two people involved in an armed robbery at the Β last month.
According to a Troy Police media release, at approximately 7:35 p.m. April 12, two men entered the Restaurant Depot at closing time. One man armed with a black semi-auto handgun (possibly a Glock) ordered employees to the ground. He then obtained keys for the office and ordered an employee, at gun point, to enter the room.
The second man, who was apparently unarmed, ordered a third employee to get on the ground. The men stole a large amount of cash from the office, concealing bundles of cash in their pockets.

The men fled the store out of the front entrance and preceded running east bound on foot. It is believed that both men possibly ran to a dark blue Grand Marquis, with faded paint on the hood and rear end. The vehicle had been seen nearby on Allen Road just south of Maple Road.Β
The first man is described as being 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, 180-200 pounds and in his 20s with a dark complexion. He was wearing a red vest with a hooded sweatshirt underneath at the time of the incident.

The second man is described as being 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, 150-170 pounds and in his 20s with a lighter complexion. He was wearing a dark jacket and black mask at the time of the incident.
The suspects' vehicle is described as a mid- to late '90s dark Crown Victoria or Grand Marquis with faded paint on the hood and tail, original equipment manufacturerΒ rims and a possible spotlight on the driver's side.
