RIIS, LLC, an IT services firm specializing in mobile application development and professional services, held an open house event on Monday, July 22, 2013 in its new location on Stephenson Hwy. in the City of Troy, MI.
The company welcomed local government officials including Mayor Dane Slater; Council members Maureen McGinnis, Jim Campbell, Dave Henderson and Wade Fleming; as well as City Administration representatives Glenn Lapin, Mark Miller and Cindy Stewart.
The mayor gave a speech welcoming the company to Troy and cut a ribbon to symbolize the opening of the office. That was followed by a networking event and finally a town hall presentation by Godfrey Nolan, founder and president of RIIS.

The event was also attended by most of RIIS’s employees, many of whom work offsite and had yet to see the new office space.
“We appreciate the warm welcome the City of Troy has extended to us,” commented Nolan. “Our team enjoyed the opportunity to mingle with local officials and exchange ideas on local development and the role IT will play in future growth.”
