Learn how the health care reform law will affect you at Understanding the Affordable Care Act: What’s In It for Seniors on Thursday, December 5, from 10-11:30 am at the Troy Community Center, Room 305.   Marjorie Mitchell, executive director of the Michigan Universal Care Access Network and a member of the Board of Directors of Michigan Consumers for Healthcare, will explain provisions of the law in plain language and answer audience questions.
