The following information about police incidents is taken directly from the most recent Troy Police Department media releases.

A Warren man is suspected of breaking into Troy's Skate World (2825 E. Maple Rd.) early Tuesday morning.

Remel Charles Barbee, 20, pled not guilty to a felony charge of breaking and entering in a building on Tuesday at 52-4 District Court in Troy. Police said that in response to a burglary alarm, they were able to arrest Barbee as he fled from Skate World, in possession of a pry bar. Police think that he used the pry bar to open a door in an attempt to steal electronics.

Barbee's bond was set at $15,000. He will return to court on Dec. 10 before Judge Kirsten Hartig.
