A lot happened last week, and we want to make sure you didn't miss a thing. Here are some of the highlights:
- Sports: . The Colts come up one run short against Avondale, fall 3-2, on Saturday afternoon in playoffs. . The Mustangs advance with a 10-5 win Wednesday night to advance to the regional finals and a game against rival Birmingham United.
- Police & Fire: . The man is listed in critical condition at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak.. An 18-year-old Detroit man is accused of robbing two shoppers at gunpoint outside a store at Somerset Collection over Memorial Day weekend. . Troy firefighters responded to the fire at 1 a.m. Thursday.
- Volunteers in the News: . Participants are walking for 24 hours, hoping to raise nearly $100,000 for cancer research by Sunday morning. Add your photos and share your story here.

- K2/Spice: . In a letter, a company leader asks local owners to stop selling Spice or K2βa synthetic form of marijuanaβat all of its stations, effective immediately. . House Bill 5709 joins other pending K2 legislation and would require the state to analyze and report on synthetic marijuana.

- School News: . Students and staff gathered for a memorial service for a sixth grader who died earlier this year after he was struck by a car in Troy. Troy Mayor Janice Daniels created the "Mayor for a Day" essay contest to give young students a chance to be involved in local government.
