Here's a recap of the past week's news in Troy.

A lot happened last week, and we want to make sure you didn't miss a thing. Here are some of the highlights:
- Top Story: . Woman gives 11-year-old a purse full of clothing and jewelry, but she gets caught by cops and mother refuses to retrieve the girl, according to police. Another top story: .
