Woman Suspected Of Stabbing Boyfriend: Police
Police say a 24-year-old Oakland County woman called 9-1-1 to report her boyfriend had a stab or gun shot wound. She is now a suspect.

OAKLAND COUNTY, MI — A 24-year-old Pontiac woman is suspected of stabbing her 26-year-old boyfriend in the chest, according to a police report.
The Oakland County Sheriff's Office and Waterford Regional Fire Department were dispatched to the 700 block of Cottage St. on Jan. 25 at 12:27 a.m. A woman at the residence had reportedly called 9-1-1 and told the Sheriff’s Dispatch Center that she had returned home to find her boyfriend with what looked like a stab or gunshot wound in his chest. Arriving Deputies noted the man was suffering from a stab wound to the upper chest, according to the police report.
Detectives arrived at the scene to assist with the investigation and the OCSO Forensic Science Lab also responded to process the scene. Deputies say the girlfriend was taken to the substation where she was interviewed by Detectives and subsequently arrested for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend.

The woman has been lodged at the Oakland County Jail pending the issuance of criminal charges by the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office. Paramedics from Star EMS stabilized the man and then transported him to McLaren Hospital - Oakland where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries and is in stable condition.
